PROLIGHTS has always placed great importance on green policies and is constantly committed to reducing its environmental impact through the efficient use of resources and the adoption of sustainable practices.

As part of this ongoing commitment, PROLIGHTS announces that it has completed the transition to eco-friendly packaging across its entire product portfolio. Polystyrene inserts and plastic protectors have been replaced by moulded, pressed-recycled cardboard, while the former white, full-colour boxes have given way to brown cardboard with minimalist graphics. 

This decision, defined by the internal ESG committee and embedded in the ISO 14001 certification path, marks a concrete step toward waste reduction, making on-site disposal easier for customers and lowering logistics-related emissions.

The adoption of these new materials results in higher packaging costs, partly absorbed by the company, believing, however, that the environmental and customer benefits far outweigh the investment.

In recent months, PROLIGHTS has gathered valuable input from international and local customers and partners, turning it into planned solutions that will benefit the entire production chain, the region, and local communities.
