The Muse Fresnel70CT+ is a purpose-designed moving Fresnel, engineered from the ground up rather than adapted from a profile platform. It is an ideal moving key light for theatre and TV applications. Drawing on the optical tray of the PROLIGHTS static LED Fresnel range, it combines a 1,500 W-rated 6-colour LED engine, operated at 1,000 W to ensure consistent output over time and boosted colors , with a 200 mm (8") Fresnel lens, delivering up to 29,000 lm.

The result on stage is authentic Fresnel behaviour: a single, clean shadow with a clear cut and the natural fall-off of an 8 kW tungsten unit - only here, every feature is remote. A motorised 10°-60° zoom, a 4-blade internal framing system with blade swivel and module rotation, an indexed rotating ovalizer, linear frost and a motorised iris give complete control over beam shape, all working in combination.

Colour is driven by Spektra OS, so the fixture works seamlessly alongside the Muse Profile70CT+ and the PROLIGHTS CT+ static range, for consistent colour across the rig. A linear CCT channel from 2'200K to 15'000K, plus/minus green tint, gel and tungsten emulation, and a dedicated 5-filter colour wheel extend the palette beyond the native gamut.

Light quality is engineered for camera and key-light work, with CRI up to 99, R9 up to 97 and TLCI up to 97, 16-bit dimming and a choice of dimming curves. Absolute encoders on pan and tilt allow reset without movement - ideal when rigged inside a limited set.

With Silent and Fan-Off modes, full connectivity - DMX, RDM, Art-Net, sACN and built-in CRMX, plus the EtherFlow pass-through Ethernet switch - and a compact 29 kg body, the Muse Fresnel70CT+ delivers the power, precision and refinement demanded by high-end theatre, TV and film productions.
