File images - preferences for glass gobos
- Resolution: 600 DPI or higher
- Dimensions: 1800 x 1800 pixels
- Color mode: CMYK (preferred), RGB (accepted)
Logos - preferences for glass gobos
- Image type: vectored or line art
- Dimensions: 1800 x 1800 pixels
- Color mode: CMYK (preferred), RGB (accepted)
Preferred file formats
- Photos: .psd (Adobe Photoshop) / .jpg / .tif
- Logos - vector art: .ai (Adobe Illustrator) / .eps / .pdf (Adobe Acrobat)
Non-Accepted file formats
- .bmp, .cdr, .doc, .dxf, .dwg, .gif, .png
Production time
PROLIGHTS is committed to deliver your gobos promptly. The standard process takes 3 working days; however, the timeline may vary based on the order type and will be confirmed when the order is placed. Delivery times will be specified after the order confirmation.
Additional notes
- Graphic processing: graphic editing services are not included. Please ensure that the files are suitable for the processing procedure. Any necessary modifications must be made before uploading.
- Gobo type and colours: Prolights reserves the right to modify the selected gobo type and colours based on the uploaded file to ensure the highest possible quality of the final product.
